You should be writing a script of the movie now.. You have all characters and characteristics etched out well – very well and totally naked
Itna sab likhne ke baad they will – if they have the sense to - come and ask you why are you leaving anyway and will ask you to stay!!!!
But I wonder if the cat will ever roar!
And yes, 1st individual’s similarity is true.. I was thinking you might replace her sometime soon..
esp. when she remarked once upon a time, that you are superfast… if she was fast
maybe if you eventually think back of BT and TechM, start a company of your own which will bag all contracts that TechM has with BT and deliver them in your own style!!!
Let’s see if you could run a company as well as you have helped a company to run!! J
I’ll read the other characterizations at leisure… but yeah.. you better take all this gyan vigyan and paridhan with you and start a new phase with a totally different samvidhan from this..
You know what you have to achieve.. once done, the AKS of all these characterizations will emerge and play their part in the dance of achievement :>
Keep cheering for life and life will cheer for you…
It’s a small world and there will be other samples you shall meet greet and treat in addition to these so enjoy the ride..
Have a good tense fast focused and relaxed life!
Keep updating your blog.. when life permits..
Oh.. and make sure you at least meet Sachin Tendulkar once before he retires!!!
That’d be your achievement #1 I guess b4 u go to conquer other fronts!
Remember, to solve one problem, you have to create a bigger ‘problem’

Hi,
You have all got the first mail. I cannot be more honest than this. I have literally cherished every moment spent here even if it came with its own baggage of problems, issues, tensions. That is just a part of working in one of the most critical and demanding BT projects!
Some personal acknowledgement:
Preeti: You are a brilliant manager! Amazing enthusiasm, an agility which I have seen very less in people, a workaholic spirit which is unmatched, a technical know how and an extremely sharp mind. People often joked I looked like you. You are, lets say, the Godmother of Avalon!!
Shilpa: Again, woman power at its best. A skilful manager, always calm and controlled even in the most difficult times. I really wonder how you never leave your seat and stay all the time there itself. I must compliment you. You are beautiful and well turned out with a poise that’s unmatched.
Thanks for the patience you have shown with me.
Shekhar: My first PM. The first person I cried in front of when I was new to Bombay and this company and he heard me patiently. When he was our PM, it was another experience altogether. He is fun loving, and very fond of talking J. He was genuinely concerned if I was going to sacrifice my personal life at the cost of work. : ) He also knows very well who are my friends ;) and never fails to remind me : )
Vinod: Aapka haath na ho to kya ho! All of us run to you in problems, and you have this calming influence which very few people have. I have interacted with you and have been enriched by the experience, chahe wo rating plugin ka cursor ho ya DRP ka mount point. Personally, your calm nature soothed my hot temper! Thank you for being the way you are.
Akshata: She is Aks, my darling. She is more than a project manager for me. An amazing example of today’s working woman. She travels 4 hours each day to come to office and be ready for another battle. And yet, she has given me more than anything else here. An experience which has bonded me to her personally beyond any doubt. I saw my mother, my friend, my manager, in her. She is beautiful, shy, yet determined. She has always taken care of me both personally and professionally. I could speak to her, reason with her, hug her in case there was any problem. Our combination is so deadly that all CRs delivered by me under her have led us to night outs and calls with BT! I will miss her a lot.
Shriraj: My best friend in office. Some people thought we were romantically involved, but unfortunately lets face the truth today, we were not. We just have an awesome understanding and we have stood ground for each other providing support whenever the other was in trouble. This is a request to Avalon, Please take care of him. You can already see the emaciated self that he is, with only a skeletal structure to support him!
I am sure you will do very well in life! I will miss you Dearest.
Alok: We were never the best of friends and yet I guess I am going to miss you a lot. We have been in the closest proximity than anyone else, sitting next to each other for so long. Your one liners have been the source of joy, and your clear level headed way of thinking an amazing learning experience. Your clean drawers offered me a scope to dump some of my things there. Thanks for being the awesome person that you were! Take care of yourself and your ‘girl’friends, who are the envy of every other person
Rakesh: Another Yodhha of Avalon. He is known for his violent, abusive temper and yet is really good at heart. I really hope you get all what you want.
Kunal/Krishna: My dearest Bachche! I was supposed to mentor them. I did as afar as Avalon was concerned but in everything else, it was the other way round. Kunal, your calm nature will help you in Avalon. Krishna, thoda masti kam kiya karo : ) (Goliii)
Mere handover se darna nhn. I am available at 9987587985. : )
Mahendra/Pradeep: Thanks for being fun loving team mates and team leaders.
Raju/Tamil: your jodi set the product modeling team on fire! Your sleeping posture was a lesson for us in the Advanced oracle class : )
MBPT Team: Thanks for your consistent help in Qc support.
Hafees: I have always praised you. So you said. All of which was true. As I said before, you are extremely intelligent and sharp. In the very less time that we interacted I have grown quite fond of you. I will remember your “hokie” and hope to be able to reach you personally!
Manoj: DRP brought me to know you. You have been excellent since then, providing both personal and professional guidance! I hope I can stay in touch with you. Amazingly talented. That is what you are.
Maneesh: Aap to awesome hain!
Sagar: As I said, you are my online Geneva Docs, your off-hand suggestions gave me the much needed insight! I am sure you will do very well in life. Thanks for everything.
Chandan: The boy who fought with me the most! Sitting next to me, never left an opportunity to pass a comment at me. However, my dearest Johnny has been the best treating me to some tasty gulab jamuns. He gets irritated the moment he gets some work : )
Rahul sonawane: always with a creased forehead. Looks like he has all the P1s of the world coming down on his head : )
Prakash/Sameeta/Sachin: Wonderful teammates.
Geeta: She is the one person everyone is scared of (the only other person is Preeti : )). She knows everything about Avalon and hence helps us when in problem. At the same time, one wrong word and she will come down on you with her sharp words. But she has a lovely heart. : )
Abbbbbbbey: Abbbeeey, He stands for SDP for me. An absolutely awesome person, a magnificient photographer, a friend like no other, he had helped me in the most crucial of rating related requirements. He is my tea partner when I have some 100 Kgs of things to speak. Very down to earth, soft spoken and a brilliant photographer.
Shrikant Mayekar: Thanks for everything. For personal and professional support. Stay in touch and be happy!
Special mention: Mohit Tailang and Jyoti Jajoo.
Jajoo was my mentor, my first TL. He was the only one I listened to in the beginning and whatever little I have interacted with me has stood rock solid in my memory.
Mohit: Another one of my first TLs. I got very little time to spend with him and yet he has been supportive ever since even from onsite. May you achieve whatever you wish.
I will miss you all Dears!
